12pm - Power - Tara Napoli's Power Yoga

This Thursday I will be filming for Brighton Collectibles in Industry City, and so my 12pm Power class on June 27th at Tara Napoli's Power Yoga will be taught by Tara.  

PLUS, I've got an Arm Balance Workshop coming up at Yoga Madre at the end of July!  Keep checking the Workshops/Events section for more info soon!

This weekend I will be out of town for a wedding in Northern California!

For Memorial Day, May 27th, both of my Monday night classes will be canceled.  Enjoy the beach, a barbecue, or a simple day off!

I will most definitely be at the beach!
